The KIP 5000 Series is available as a high-speed networkable wide format printer, wide format printer/copier, or a fully integrated wide format scanner, printer, copier -- which makes it the perfect choice for a wide range of mid-volume applications.

• Prints up to 8 "D" size prints per minute with a fast first-print output of 24 seconds or less, in more than 20 available print sizes
• Expanded print length lets you print full-size versions of "D" and "E" size drawings scanned at smaller size
• Scale images to a uniform size for convenient output
• 2-roll or 4-roll configurations are available on your wide format scanner to match your output requirements

Fast Operation: The KIP 5000 wide format scanner features an output of 8 "D" size prints per minute, 3.9 inches per second (19.5 feet per minute); 24 seconds first print speed, and a warm-up time of less than 8 minutes from cold startup.

Flexible Printing: More than 20 available print sizes, including Architectural ("A" to "E"), Engineering ("A" to "E"), metric sizes, letter, legal and tabloid printing.

Versatile Media & Format Capability: Accepts 18 lb. to 24 lb. bond paper, 3.5 or 4 mil. film, 18 lb. to 20 lb. vellum/tracing. The KIP 5000 supports all standard raster and vector formats and has integrated DFW format support. It also offers optional PDF and Postscript file viewing and printing.

Wide Format Print and Copy System: Add the optional 600 wide format scanner, and the KIP 5000 becomes a single solution for creating top quality, collated sets of monochrome copies.

High Resolution Color Copies: With the system 600 wide format scanner and color option, you can also produce color copies quickly and easily when you integrate your KIP 5000 with an inkjet printer via IP address.

Monochrome & Color Technical Documents: Quickly and easily scan documents containing lines, text, grayscales and graphic images into a variety of standard file formats, including PDF and DWF. Fast Scanning: The KIP 5000 wide format scanner produces monochrome scans at speeds up to 7.6" per second and color scans at speeds up to 2.6" per second.
